Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 5–7 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Orders placed after 3 p.m. PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after shipment

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days after shipment

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days after shipment

Please note that shipping speed reflects transit time only, not processing time. If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@altaristudios.com.

International Shipping & Customs

We offer worldwide shipping. Rates vary by destination and order weight.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees unless a prepaid (Duties + Taxes Paid) option is selected at checkout. If you choose the unpaid option, your local customs office may require payment before releasing your package.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any international order flagged as potentially fraudulent by our payment processor.


Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. After your package leaves our facility, delivery updates must be checked directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL).

If your international order has been in transit for over 20 days, contact your local customs office to check for holds or fees.

If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you can’t locate it, reach out to your local post office. Once a package is marked delivered, we are unable to file claims or replace items.


Pre-Shipment Scans

Occasionally, carriers delay their initial scans. If your tracking status reads “Pre-Shipment,” please allow up to 48 hours for updates.


Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer is responsible for the new shipping fee.

If we don’t receive a response within 30 days, the order will be considered forfeited and no longer eligible for reshipment or refund.

Packages returned because of customer address errors will be charged the applicable shipping rate before resending.
